While currently licensed in the state of Texas and Florida, AIA, and members of our staff are certified through the National Board and an NCARB Certificate holders, which allows The Austin Design Collaborative the opportunity to quickly attain reciprocity within any other jurisdiction that we might need to serve as the architect of record.

Green building consulting and LEED Advising
We at the Austin Design Collaborative offer a full range of sustainable analysis tools [daylighting, natural ventilation and energy analysis], while also requiring all staff to be LEED Accredited Professionals, we have the knowledge to guide sustainable material choices, advise on LEED and offer green-building charettes.

Commercial and residential space planning
While currently working on a number of residential projects and commercial projects locally in Texas, we have experience working on a variety of different scales throughout the eastern United States, Canada, Mexico, Europe and the Middle East.

Construction Administration
With extensive knowledge of construction, the building industry and current sustainable materials and methods, the Austin Design Collaborative is well poised to assist with any administrative services that you may need.
